Sony Ericsson W8 Walkman

Sony Ericsson W8 Walkman
Introduction:

The Walkman revolutionized the way people listen to music when it was released in the late 70's. For the first time, people could enjoy your favorite music on your portable device thanks to a battery-powered. Walkman Personal Stereos now that are far beyond his time, the brand lives only in the form of digital media players and cell aging line built by Sony Ericsson.

Sony Ericsson W8 is an attempt to revive the brand Walkman, and import it into a modern smartphone running Android - is a bit 'old Éclair version 2.1, to be exact. Built using the model Xperia X8, W8 offers excellent sound quality, while the low-cost entry-level Android device at the same time. At a glance, the receiver catches the attention of the rear panel of the colorful interface and easy to use, but leaves a good impression in our minds when we finished playing with it? Let's take a closer look and discover for yourself.

Design:

Sony Ericsson Xperia W8 basically looks like a different color for the Xperia X8 with a Walkman logo on the beat, and we use it the more it becomes obvious. We have the same three-inch scratch-resistant capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 320x480 pixels and almost identical body thick and crumbly with a slight curve on the back. Although TFT LCD screen will display a range of 16 million colors, there is a significant amount of procrastination when you see color gradations. Besides this, the screen, and color temperature looks very yellow to the hot side. Another drawback of the screen is that if it was cut for a while, it flashes for a few seconds when you turn, allegedly due to a poorly designed backlight dimming techniques. However, the screen resolution is more than satisfactory for a screen this size - smooth graphics and even the smallest of the text is readable. Use outside Walkman W8 can be a little tricky if the sun shines too bright, but turn the brightness all the way up will help to some extent.
